Hello, dear friends! I want to share my project, which was started in 2020 and is still being improved. This is a series of parametric panels for Torex steel entrance doors.
This project started as a series of experiments in Grasshopper to create vectors based on a bitmap image. But over time, seeing the potential and exclusivity of the drawing, it was decided to put this model into production.
A universal definition was created in Grasshopper, according to which the model was later built in Rhinoceros.
Then it was time for visualizations in order to understand how the prototype would look. Different models of doors, of different types, were considered.
After that, visualizations of the door were made in various interiors to see how it would fit into different styles.
Finally, after making sure that the door looks great in different colors and color combinations, it was decided to produce prototypes. The panel can be executed with a paint coating, and also with a PVC coating of some colors and textures.
